We are an organization of young adults invested in the Saginaw community. We strive to create positive change one person at a time. We believe that by empowering individuals to become leaders, every organization that individual interacts with is made stronger, and the community as a whole benefits. We hone our skills and discover our passions by performing service to our community, partaking in personal and professional development opportunities, building relationships, and playing as hard as we work. The Saginaw Jaycees is a member chapter of Junior Chamber International. JCI is a non-profit, international, non-governmental organization of young people between 21 and 40 years old. It has members in 124 countries, and regional or national organizations in most of them.

We are also a member chapter of JCI-Michigan. The Michigan Junior Champber is the state level of our organization. Its membership is comprised of all the members of each Jaycee chapter in the state. Their Board of Directors are elected at the Autumn Leadership Conference, in accordance with the state bylaws.
